Father, because there is often a fine line between a right or wrong decision, our elected leaders need Godly discernment that comes through the Scriptures. Would you lead them to people who will direct them to the truth of Scripture?
We are hasty, like children; but God often appoints us a waiting time. Perhaps it requires as much or more grace to wait that to be active; for is more trying to self. – John Newton
